Introduction to Direct Drinking Water Equipment
The direct drinking water equipment mainly consists of a raw water tank, a pressure-increasing unit, a pretreatment unit, a reverse osmosis main unit, a disinfection unit, a sterile water tank, a constant pressure water supply system and a pipeline network system. The water quality of the treated direct drinking water can meet the national standards for direct drinking water
Pretreatment is often composed of quartz sand filtration devices, activated carbon filtration devices, and precision filtration equipment. Its main purpose is to remove sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids, pigments, odors, biochemical organic matter, and reduce the residual ammonia value and pesticide pollution and other harmful substances in the raw water. When the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the raw water is relatively high, a water softening device needs to be added. The main purpose is to protect the reverse osmosis membrane in the subsequent stage from being damaged by large particles, thereby extending the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis main unit is mainly composed of a booster pump, membrane housing, reverse osmosis membrane, control circuit, etc. It is the core part of the entire water treatment system. The quality of the produced water mainly depends on this part. As long as the model of the membrane and the booster pump is properly selected, The reverse osmosis main unit can filter out over 99% of the salt in water, and the conductivity of the effluent can be guaranteed to be within 10us/cm(at 25 degrees). The disinfection unit includes an ultraviolet sterilizer and an ozone generator, making the water that comes out drinkable directly.
