Product Introduction
The main treatment focuses on surface water and groundwater. Groundwater generally refers to well water (deep well water), which is buried underground. It usually has a high water content, salt content, hardness, and alkalinity, with relatively low colloidal and suspended solids content, and low color and turbidity. However, such water sources may contain ferrous ions, manganese ions, silicic acid compounds, etc. The water quality is mostly of the calcium bicarbonate type and has a high salt content. Most of it is submerged, and with the development of karst caves, fissures and underground river systems, rainwater forms surface runoff, carrying sediment and organic matter, which can quickly enter the aquifer and form underground runoff. It is a flowing water body existing in the pores of rocks and soil. Once water enters the stratum, it undergoes leaching, concentration, decarbonation, desulfurization, acid altercation and adsorption mixing with rock and soil, causing changes in the chemical composition of groundwater, which consists of cations such as calcium, magnesium and sodium, anions such as bicarbonate, sulfate, gas ions, trace components such as oxygen, iodine and boron, and gases such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide and methane. Underground (well water) water treatment equipment is generally equipped with a softening device (the principle is the same as that of industrial water softening treatment equipment). The working principle is to increase the dissolved oxygen in the water through a deep air tank and remove CO2 to raise the PH value of the water. Then, it is filtered through sand, carbon, and ultrafiltration membranes to meet the standards for daily water use and municipal drinking water. Underground (well water) water treatment equipment can effectively remove iron and manganese components from water. The equipment can be classified into manual type and fully automatic type according to the control type. The manual type mainly controls the operation of the filter, forward washing and backwashing through the adjustment of valves. The fully automatic type controls the operation, forward washing, backwashing and other states of the filter through an automatic multi-way valve.
Product features
Industrial pure water equipment can be classified into fully automatic and semi-automatic types, with convenient operation and continuous normal operation.
The entire system is designed with an automated control system, which is simple, reasonable, easy to operate and has reliable stability.
There are multiple filtration systems that can effectively intercept and remove sand, colloids, particles, scale, rust and metal objects from water.
It has low energy consumption, high water utilization rate and lower operating costs than other desalination equipment. It adopts internationally recognized non-toxic standard filter elements, which are non-corrosive, easy to operate and maintain, highly adaptable and have a long service life. The equipment is manufactured with advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and reliability, high efficiency and energy conservation, which can reduce the maintenance costs in the later stage.
