A brief analysis of the introduction of medical wastewater treatment equipment
Water environment is one of the key material bases for human survival. During the development of cities and rural areas, a large amount of water environment has been polluted and damaged to varying degrees. Today, I will give you a brief introduction to medical wastewater treatment equipment. Generally, when screening the technology of medical wastewater treatment equipment, the following main factors must be taken into account:
(1) The quality of sewage. Among various types of sewage, the water quality of domestic sewage is relatively stable. The conventional treatment methods include biological treatment, acidification, disinfection, etc. The nature of industrial wastewater is rather complex. It is necessary to combine the characteristics of water quality, measure the components and content of the sewage, and then select the treatment process flow.
(2) Sewage volume. When the volume and quality of sewage vary greatly, in the selection of treatment processes, it is necessary to give priority to technologies with strong resistance to shock loads, or consider setting up buffer facilities, such as regulating tanks, to reduce adverse effects.
(3) Construction and operation and maintenance costs. When choosing the technology for medical wastewater treatment equipment, economic factors need to be taken into account, such as the overall investment in the construction of sewage treatment equipment facilities and the operation and maintenance costs after completion and commissioning.
With the progress of water injection development and production in oil fields, two major problems have emerged. One is the issue of the water source for injection. People hope to obtain a water source with high energy and stability. In the early stage of oilfield water injection development, the water source for injection is solved by extracting shallow groundwater or surface water. Excessive extraction of clear water will cause the local bottom water level to drop, affecting the ecological environment. Secondly, the water content of crude oil is constantly rising, and the amount of oily water is increasing. The discharge and treatment of wastewater is a major issue. Unreasonable discharge of oily wastewater from Daxing can cause latent damage to the receiving water body and pollute the ecological environment. In production practice, people have realized that reinjection of oilfield wastewater is the correct way to rationally develop and utilize water resources.
Corrosion protection and environmental protection
It is well known that water can cause severe corrosion to metal equipment and pipelines. Oilfield oily wastewater, due to its high mineralization degree, contains dissolved oxygen that dissolves acidic gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide to varying degrees. The recycling and treatment of such wastewater and its reinjection into the formation will cause corrosion to the treatment facilities and reinjection systems. In view of the current situation of sewage treatment in our country, the sewage from onshore oil fields is basically treated and reinjected to minimize the direct discharge of sewage, thereby achieving the goal of environmental protection.
