The spray painting oil mist exhaust gas, after passing through the smoke hood, is introduced into the branch air duct through the pipeline and then enters the main air duct before entering the activated carbon adsorber.
It is suitable for large flow and low concentration organic waste gas. The activated carbon adopted is high-efficiency granular coal columnar activated carbon, with a specific surface area (adsorption area) as high as 500-1500m2/g. It has a large specific surface area, thus possessing high surface activity and adsorption capacity. The low-concentration tin and its compound gases discharged are adsorbed on its active surface, achieving the purpose of purification.
The soldering waste gas treated by activated carbon adsorption is discharged at a high altitude through the air duct.
The activated carbon in the activated carbon adsorber needs to be replaced regularly.
