How to conduct pressure tests on medical wastewater treatment equipment?

After the installation of the medical wastewater treatment equipment is completed, the strength test pressure and tightness test pressure (i.e., the design pressure) of all the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the pressure indicated on the equipment nameplate. The test medium is clean water, and the test duration is 30 minutes. The equipment is considered qualified if there is no leakage, no pressure drop, no damage to the equipment, and no visual deformation.

The pressure testing system must be equipped with two pressure gauges (i.e., one at the high point and one at the low point), with the reading of the pressure gauge at the high point as the standard. The range of the pressure gauge should be 1.5 to 2 times the higher pressure of the test system, and the accuracy should be 1.5 grade.
After the pressure test of the medical wastewater treatment equipment is completed, the water should be drained in time, and the equipment should be dried and sealed with compressed air.
